About Arché & Aisle

Arché & Aisle provides wedding planning, event coordination, creative direction, styling and related design services.

Information on this website is provided for general information and enquiry purposes. A service is not formally booked until the applicable agreement has been signed and any required booking payment has been received.

Website Use

By accessing or using this website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Use the website fraudulently or unlawfully
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or an account
• Interfere with the website’s security, availability or operation
• Upload viruses, malicious code or harmful material
• Copy, scrape or reproduce website content without permission
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Submit false, misleading or incomplete information
• Store unlawful or unnecessary sensitive information in our tools
• Reverse-engineer or reproduce website software or planning tools

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

Enquiries and Consultations

Submitting an enquiry, consultation request or contact form does not create a binding agreement.

Any availability, pricing or service information provided before a formal proposal is:

• Subject to venue and vendor availability
• Subject to the final event scope
• Subject to a signed service agreement
• Subject to receipt of any applicable booking payment

We may accept or decline an enquiry or booking where legally permitted.

Service Agreements

Wedding planning and design services will be governed by a separate proposal, quotation or service agreement.

That agreement may specify:

• The scope of services and deliverables
• The event date, venue and location
• Guest-count limitations
• The planning period
• Fees and payment schedule
• Revision limits
• Vendor and client responsibilities
• Cancellation and rescheduling terms
• Travel and accommodation costs
• Any other event-specific terms

Where these website Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will take priority in relation to the booked services.

Prices and Payments

Prices displayed on the website are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise.

Final pricing may depend on:

• Event location
• Guest count
• Number and duration of functions
• Planning period
• Design complexity
• Production requirements
• Travel and accommodation
• Vendor availability
• Requested customisation

Payments must be made according to the schedule stated in the applicable proposal or agreement. Third-party charges, bank fees, taxes and payment-processing costs may apply where stated.

Deposits and Booking Payments

A date may remain available to other clients until the service agreement has been signed and the required booking payment has cleared.

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, booking payments compensate Arché & Aisle for reserving the date, beginning planning work and declining competing enquiries.

Any refund, cancellation or transfer entitlement will be governed by the signed service agreement and applicable law.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be stated in the applicable service agreement.

Certain payments may already have been committed to:

• Venues
• Vendors
• Rental and production companies
• Travel providers
• Accommodation providers
• Custom-made products or installations

Arché & Aisle cannot guarantee that third-party payments will be refundable or transferable. Any permitted rescheduling remains subject to our availability and the availability of relevant vendors.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to approvals and requests within reasonable timeframes
• Review proposals, plans, budgets and designs carefully
• Make payments when due
• Confirm the legal and practical requirements of the event
• Obtain necessary venue or government permissions where applicable
• Inform us of cultural, religious, dietary, accessibility or safety requirements
• Treat our team and vendors respectfully
• Provide a safe working environment

Delays in approvals, information or payments may affect timelines, vendor availability and deliverables.

Vendors and Third-Party Services

We may recommend or coordinate independent vendors. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Vendors remain independent third parties
• Vendor contracts may be directly between the client and vendor
• Vendor services are subject to their own terms
• Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving vendor appointments and costs
• Arché & Aisle does not control every act, omission or delay of an independent vendor

We will use reasonable care when making recommendations, but cannot guarantee the continuing availability or performance of independent third parties.

Planning Dashboard and Online Tools

Our website may provide tools for managing guest lists, RSVPs, budgets, checklists, itineraries, seating plans and planning notes.

These tools are intended to assist with organisation only.

You remain responsible for:

• Checking the accuracy of information
• Keeping independent copies of important details
• Confirming arrangements with vendors and guests
• Protecting your login information
• Ensuring you have permission to enter guest data

We do not guarantee that online tools will always be uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available.

AI-Assisted Features

Where the website provides AI-assisted recommendations, suggestions or planning content:

• Outputs are provided for guidance only
• Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable
• AI output does not replace professional, legal, financial, safety or venue advice
• Users must review information before relying on it
• Arché & Aisle may modify, limit or discontinue AI features

Final decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

Accounts and Security

Where account registration is available, you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep passwords and login credentials secure
• Not share account access without permission
• Notify us of suspected unauthorised access
• Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account

We may suspend accounts used in violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by or licensed to Arché & Aisle, including:

• Brand names and logos
• Website layouts and written content
• Graphics, photographs and videos
• Mood boards, concepts and presentations
• Planning documents and templates
• Software and planning tools

Content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, published, distributed or commercially used without written permission.

Clients may use final approved materials solely for their personal wedding or event, subject to the signed service agreement. Unselected concepts, drafts and working files remain the intellectual property of Arché & Aisle unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Images and Portfolio Use

Arché & Aisle will obtain relevant permission before using identifiable private client content for promotional purposes where consent is required.

Where photography and portfolio usage are addressed in a signed service agreement, that agreement will govern how images may be used. Third-party photographers retain their own rights unless otherwise agreed.

Website Content and Availability

We try to keep website information accurate and current, but do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current or error-free.

We may:

• Update website content
• Change services or packages
• Correct errors
• Suspend features
• Perform maintenance
• Remove or replace content

Website access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, hosting issues, technical faults or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arché & Aisle will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from:

• Loss of information entered into free planning tools
• Reliance on general website content

• Independent vendor conduct
• Events outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Force Majeure

• Transport disruption
• Labour disputes
• Utility or internet failure

Where possible, we will communicate promptly and work with the client to identify reasonable alternatives.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy .

By submitting information through the website, you acknowledge that it will be handled as described in that Policy.

Third-Party Websites

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Arché & Aisle does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, pricing or terms.

Electronic Communication

You agree that enquiries, proposals, approvals, notices and other communication may be provided electronically.

Electronic documents and signatures may have legal effect where applicable legal requirements are met.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes affecting an existing confirmed booking will not override the client’s signed service agreement unless agreed in writing.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the emirate in which Arché & Aisle is legally established.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction specified in the applicable service agreement or, where no agreement applies, the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
